Implement sample processing/parsing

Parse raw USB packets into waveform samples (reference OldQtCode parser logic)

1. Fix the registry of versioned sources and documentation discrepancies.

• Add TEST_SOURCES_LIST to CMakeLists.txt and use it in the test target.
• Enable make_release.py to also build test source/header lists to update the @version of tests/*.cpp.
• Add a regression check to the script: create a temporary copy of the files, run with --skip-build, and verify that the test source version is updated.
• Fix the identified inconsistency: mainpage.md erroneously specifies alternate setting 0 instead of the verified setting 1.

2. Introduce an independent waveform model and a pure parser.

• Add a frame type to capture: number of samples, two arrays/channels, decoded trigger point, and frame validity.
• Move decoding to a pure function without libusb and streams: it accepts raw bytes and the active channel configuration, strictly checks the length, and decomposes interleaved bytes into samples.
• Move legacy trigger point normalization to a readable, test-covered function. Do not port Qt code or copy old classes.
• Write a deterministic CTest: CH1, CH2, two channels, correct byte order, short/long buffer, trigger-point decoding, and boundaries.

3. Add full block capture after capture is ready.

• Extend the acquisition transaction: parse the status response; at 2/7, send cmdGetChannelData, read exactly the required number of 512-byte packets, and verify each transfer.
• Use the current timeout/I/O/device-loss recovery rules for each step. Do not publish a partial waveform on a short read or error.
• After a successful frame, restart the capture/trigger using the legacy sequence, preserving the Start/Stop lifecycle.
• Don't change the UI timebase/channel settings in this step: fix the size and channel mode for the first DSO-2250 variant and explicitly define the API limitation.

4. Link the read path, parser, and thread-safe publication of the last frame.

• The processing worker receives only the full capture block, calls the parser, and atomically publishes the completed waveform snapshot to the future render layer.
• Maintain the Stage 3 principle: the USB producer doesn't wait for the UI; if overflow occurs, the dropped frames counter is maintained; the UI never reads the mutable work buffer.
• Replace the current lastCaptureState = payload[0] with a fully decoded state and a rejected/invalid frame diagnostic, if useful for the status line.

5. Hardware Acceptance and Documentation Stage 4 / Task 13.

• On the DSO-2250: Start/Stop, at least one minute of acquisition, several cycles, unplug while reading channel data, reconnect, and then restart.
• Take a secure hex dump or diagnostic packet sizes, but do not add proprietary firmware/data to the repository.
• Update README.md, mainpage.md, HISTORY.md, and wiki; separately document the actual configuration and known limitations.
