Let MCP clients search task titles

Summary

• add a hosted search_tasks MCP tool for case-insensitive title search
• support optional status and priority filters plus a bounded 1–100 result limit
• advertise the JSON Schema and validate handler input with Zod
• replace the hosted tool name list with an accurate tool table

• npm run lint — passed with two pre-existing unused-variable warnings
• npx tsc --noEmit — passed
• npm run build — passed with documented placeholder public Supabase variables
• git diff --check — passed
• the repository currently has no test suite, as noted in CONTRIBUTING.md
