Change README links from jmrenouard to major

This PR updates all links in the README from using github.com/jmrenouard to github.com/major. I did not change the Docker links, or emails/sponsor links.

@adevade - I think that the answer to my question here: #867 (comment) might be relevant to this PR? (I.e. perhaps the use of github.com/jmrenouard is intentional?)
