Adds new checks to the `get_replication_status` subroutine to provide performance recommendations for MariaDB parallel replication. The script now checks for the following: - `replica_parallel_threads`: Recommends setting this to the number of vCPUs if parallel replication is not enabled. - `replica_parallel_mode`: Recommends setting this to `optimistic` for MariaDB 10.5+ to improve performance. - Informs the user that `binlog_format=ROW` is required on the master for parallel replication to function correctly.
