Move the template tools to the paginated /api/templates API - #154
Conversation
mailtrap 5.0 moves client.templates to the paginated /api/templates endpoints and keeps the 4.x resource as client.emailTemplates. The five template tools keep the /api/email_templates behavior, so only the property name changes. The mailtrap dependency points at the mailtrap-nodejs templates-api branch until 5.0 is published.
- Call client.templates and unwrap the { data } envelope in
create-template, get-template and update-template.
- list-templates takes optional token and per_page, returns one page, and
names the token for the next page, like list-email-campaigns.
- Cover null bodies, the next-page hint and per_page validation.

…ter deletes; pin mailtrap to ~5.0.0
Motivation
mailtrap-nodejs 5.0 (mailtrap/mailtrap-nodejs#165) moves
client.templatesto the paginated/api/templatesendpoints: responses are wrapped indata, and the list is paginated withtoken/per_page. Without this change, the first bump to 5.0 breaks all five template tools: for example,getList()resolves{ data, pagination }instead of an array. The tools move to the new API together with the SDK. The endpoints are still experimental, so their shapes may change before general availability; the tools only depend on the fields they print.
