Enhanced the Privacy Policy page UI and added a dedicated privacy-focused banner highlighting Reframe’s fully local browser-based processing.

Changes Made

• Added premium privacy advantage banner
• Improved glassmorphism styling
• Enhanced typography and spacing
• Added responsive mobile support
• Improved hover interactions and visual hierarchy
