This update allows view transitions to be configured independently for the frontend and admin areas.
This is particularly useful for themes like the Mage-OS Admin Theme, as it allows transitions to be enabled on the storefront while remaining disabled in the admin panel, do the Mage-OS Admin Theme already providing view transitions.
