Fixes driver buffer errors, stale audio, and failed routing starts that could leave the Mac without sound. Adds crash recovery, safer driver installation, and sample-rate conversion for physical outputs.
The menu now groups the stereo switch, output, and volume controls. Dialogue boost is optional under Advanced and off by default. The README, changelog, installation guide, and privacy documentation have been rewritten around the app's actual behavior.
Validation: universal signed build, native audio and driver tests, installer and recovery tests, and Apple Silicon/Intel CI. See CI results.
Version 1.3 remains unreleased until live device tests and notarization are complete. This merges the source changes, not a new app download.
