Adds a ZHA blueprint for the Namron AS 4512793 "Simplify" wireless remote — a 3-channel battery-powered button remote (6 buttons: 3 rocker channels x up/down), each with press/hold/hold (released).

This corresponds to the ZHA quirk in zigpy/zha-device-handlers#5315 (not yet merged), which is required for the command values this blueprint matches on to be emitted by ZHA.

N/A — this is a ZHA device, not Zigbee2MQTT.
