OpenCode skips SessionPrompt.ensureTitle when session.create already has a title. T3 was sending the prompt seed, so those sessions never got a generated title. Only a user rename is forwarded now. Fixes pingdotgg#13247

SessionPrompt.ensureTitlereturns immediately unless the session title is still the defaultNew session -/Child session -placeholder. T3 always passedthread.titleintosession.create, so sessions created from T3 kept the truncated prompt and never ran title generation.The web client writes that same seed through
thread.meta.updatebefore the first turn, which marks the title manual. That seed is still omitted. A later rename, whose text differs from the first-turn seed, is still forwarded.Fixes pingdotgg#13247
