Server functionality

A huge addition would be that the bot can be interacted inside a server. For example:

• Bot can schedule meetings with multiple people, checking when they have a hole in their schedule
• Bot could function as a when2meet to vote on potential meeting times
• Bot reminds everyone of meetings.
