Further NBA ratings will be added as their own top-level folders. Columns: SCHEMA.md. Every change: CHANGELOG.md.
- ARC: descriptive. How much a player added in a season (or pooled window).
- LOKI: predictive. How much a player is expected to add, released four times a season.
Units: points per 100 possessions relative to the average possession.
Released files are never edited. A correction is a new version with a changelog entry.
Each folder has a MANIFEST.txt: the SHA-256 of every file in the release, and
RELEASE SHA-256 = SHA-256 of those lines (joined with \n). Files that are not published appear in the manifest as
hashes only, so the release hash still verifies.
