feat(survey): short fallback form, nudge, tray notification - #219

Add a 3-question short survey form, a nudge prompt in the simple UI, and a native tray notification (notify.rs) to invite feedback. Survey wiring moved out of app.ts into survey-wiring.ts. Tests and e2e updated.

Adds a 3-question short survey form, an in-app nudge, and a tray notification (Rust notify.rs). Moves survey wiring from app.ts to main/survey-wiring.ts. Adds unit, client and e2e tests.
