chore: silent-on-success mise task output - #175

Tasks print nothing on success except a one-line summary; failures and warnings still show full output. Adds scripts/quiet.mjs wrapper and a quiet Playwright reporter (CI keeps github+list), quiet cargo/pnpm flags, and a per-file test line only with VERBOSE=1.
