Feature: Add new frontend service to expose all the API surface

This pull request adds a new frontend service to the project. The frontend service is implemented using the Gin framework and exposes all of the API endpoints.
The addition of the frontend service will make it easier for users to consume the API. The frontend service provides a simple and intuitive way to make requests to the API and to view the responses.
