Scope
Integrates the Jules-native 2026-09-19 H2 record exactly as a fail-closed execution, then adds a forward reconciliation after the same-day H1 later became visible on main.

The later merged H1 path is now explicitly named, but the original H2 state is not replayed or upgraded.
LATER_PATH_PRESENT != ORIGINAL_TASK_INPUT_AVAILABLENo retroactive SUCCESS, no reconstructed orientation, and no evidence upgrade were introduced.
