docs: modernize README.md

Modernized the README.md file by:

• Replacing the outdated Travis CI badge with a modern GitHub Actions badge for the Poupool workflow.
• Updating references to the outdated openHAB system (openHAB 2.5, HABPanel) to point to the more modern Home Assistant, including updated links and terminology (e.g. companion apps, Lovelace dashboards).
