benchmark: remove --restore-fresh-after-replan

Remove --restore-fresh-after-replan and its post-review context-reset path from the EdgeBench warm launcher. The former flag now fails argument parsing before trial creation or native registration. Ordinary warm continuation retains its admitted native conversation, research, checkpoint lineage and original budget.

Delete the obsolete provider adapter, transport field, receipt entry and wake hook. Keep controller-backed full recapture and another receiver’s actual-work assertions in the qualification driver, now named recapture and using retained history. Update the bilingual provider guide and stride RFC checkpoint. Generic session recovery and persisted refresh-provenance support remain in their existing owners.

Validation:

• Focused warm-start, shared runtime, worker/handoff, restore-capture and session-recovery suites: 182 passed, 36 skipped. Skips require explicit Docker/Linux or sealed-point prerequisites; the changed full receiver qualification was not executed here.
• Real CLI help omits the flag; the existing rejection test now requires an unknown-argument error. Ruff, compile, diff hygiene, semantic advisory/full-tree checks and public-boundary scans passed.
• Standard premerge: 4 direct checks and 19 selected checks completed, with no blocking validation failures. One advisory maintainability failure is identical at baseline d614ed099 and this change: the oversized existing _run_dsh_operation_host. The benchmark-sensitive maintainer review hold remains; this is not merge readiness or merge authorization.
• No live benchmark, remote model or grading calls were made.

Placement/future-facing pass: removal stays in the existing benchmark provider composition; the orphan adapter is retired without adding a capability, parallel decision owner or shared vocabulary. recapture is only a local qualification/output label. No frontend or Lark entrypoint changes are required for this removed benchmark-only option.

Related: #6622 adds a separate pre-replan treatment and will need to adopt this removal; this PR does not modify that unmerged branch.

The removal is incorporated in main-targeted #6641, reconciled with the pre-replan fresh treatment from #6622. The obsolete option is rejected while the pre-review caller is retained. Closing this overlapping proposal to keep one main delivery and independent exact-head review.
