match the frozen tag; actual PyPI 1.3.1-to-1.4.0 upgrade, installed Chat,
installation/deep doctor and stable runtime activation passed. The
[personal illustrated guide](https://my.feishu.cn/docx/E9sTdmBuSoX9wqxkKGPcuAPRnTc)
has verified user ownership, actual released UI screenshots and native
rendering. At the frozen source, 515 public smokes and 360 affected Python
checks passed; the authorized DS Flash/high alternative passed all 22
scenarios twice and six contrasts, with zero failures or skips. Earlier
Doubao qualification failures remain unqualified; this does not claim a
fresh full-tree Python sweep. Windows execution, Apple notarization,
authenticated Host interaction, external backend execution and sustained
SQLite qualification remain unqualified. No paired-version benchmark uplift
or isolated Astra causal effect is claimed.

When a new public release is promoted, add it here only after the matching tag,
release note, stable ref, update path, and focused release canary agree.
