Run

pip install -r requirements.txt
python app.py

Open http://localhost:5000

The Flask backend serves the wireframe prototype. The active tab from the URL is passed to the React frontend via window.__INITIAL_TAB__. Tab switching inside the UI is still client-side (smooth crossfade); reload the page on a different route to enter via that tab.
