Two lambda prizes supporting the cross-chain DEX bundle's non-custodial atomic-swap path (RFP-024 + RFP-026 on RFP-003): - LP-0018: spam protection for atomic-swap makers (free-option / draining attack on the locks-first side), XMR-LEZ both directions. - LP-0019: taker reliability against maker misbehaviour (quote-and-walk, selective serving), the dual of LP-0018. Migrated from drafts staged in logos-co/rfp. Frontmatter declares the hard RFP-003 dependency; appendix links rewritten to absolute logos-co/rfp URLs.
