Completes the conflicted configure-pages update, applies compatible read-excel-file and ESLint updates, updates Vitest within major 3, and fixes the pre-existing nanoid audit finding. Local npm audit is clean and
npm run checkpasses 20 tests, coverage thresholds, lint, formatting, TypeScript, and the production build. Vite 8 and Vitest coverage v4 are intentionally excluded because their current bot branches break config compatibility and coverage thresholds.
