Summary

• Keep new task records in ignored worktree-local storage; preserve legacy state without silent migration.
• Shorten routine output while retaining failures, review gates, and detailed evidence.
• Require writable start before resumed edits and prevent historical reviews from appearing current.
• Resolve aliased and Windows short CLI roots without weakening destination protections.
• Select bounded line ranges from large source files, include root-level source in fresh routes, and report partial or missing context honestly.
• Preserve existing route ownership and exclude weak test/minified matches unless targeted.

Validation

• Full Windows and clean Linux checks: 214 tests passed, 2 platform-specific skips each, plus built and installed-package safety checks.
• Actual packed old-to-new upgrade and isolated Underscore/Bottle workflows.
• New packed context probes find groupBy and integer-conversion source with exact range bytes, deterministic read-only output, and cleanup.
• Real Codex legacy-denial retest stopped before edits; initial failure remains documented.
• Independent reviews approved the corrections, including explicit minified targeting.
• Latest GitHub checks are authoritative for Windows, macOS, Linux, Node 22/24/26, and packaging.

Limits

• Line windows are lexical reading hints, not complete functions or semantic proof; secondary ranges may be less relevant.
• Existing routes are never silently rewritten. Old setup may require a reviewed root-source include update.
• Legacy check commands required operator approval. No universal agent-compliance or registry-upgrade claim.
