Document published npm setup and the first real task

Summary

• Add the live npm badge and generic preview/init onboarding; remove the copyable project-specific task.
• Add a short getting-started guide, including the reviewed setup commit needed before the first start.
• Align command, configuration, architecture, adapter, security and development docs with the published CLI.
• Keep the screenshot heading short and move the source-build example behind details.

Validation

• Documentation checks validate npm entrypoints, configuration examples, local guide links and the clean-baseline prerequisite.
• All approved local checks passed. Independent review approved after two documentation corrections; task closed as approved.
• Compiled read-only safety and installed-package lifecycle smoke passed.
• Live npm badge returns version 0.1.0.

Documentation and tests only. No runtime changes or new npm publication. The npm-hosted README remains part of version 0.1.0 until an explicitly approved new release.
