Reset Raspberry Pi to known good state

This is going to be a challenge. We need a reliable method to reset our car interfaces between users. This will let users make mistakes and learn, but reset the environment for the next person.

The current solution is to move the tmate sessions into a docker image. That will give us a reproducible and clean env for each and every user.
