Persist original-source suspension, final settlement and terminal handoff, recovery/retention pinning, approval late-drain and post-CAS notification isolation. Preserve diagnostics and QA launch alignment with regression coverage and scoped independent-review receipts. Core 4431/4431, Runner 567/567, A28 14/14 and final neighbors 93/93 have actual exit 0. Final complete Daemon suite remains in progress. This is a local checkpoint, not Office approval, packaged GUI acceptance, PR merge or release. The pre-existing crash report is excluded.
Pinned resource reconstruction and first executable selection passed. Preserve question fixtures and the previously approved Office snapshot. macOS packaging remains unaccepted: the Builder copy repair still needs its new specific QA review approval and a fresh package run. No release or GUI acceptance is claimed.

本 PR 保留 E6 分支已有提交历史，不只包含最后一次 UI 文案改动。创建前，远端分支相对 main 有 129 个未合入提交，另落后 main 4 个提交；本次新增的权限统一检查点在此基础上保存，未重写历史。
