chore(ci): one-job pipeline + on-chain LCAI bridge history with Lightscan links - #26

…ale workflows CI has failed on every run since May. Root causes, all fixed here: - lint: 3 real eslint errors (unused OriginTokenCard prop, unused param and let->const in warpCoreConfig) - test: vitest collected tests/**/*.spec.ts (Playwright e2e) and failed on the missing @playwright/test. Scope vitest to src/**/*.test.ts. - prettier: repo was never formatted. Format src once so the check is meaningful going forward. - setup-node: stray .yarnrc.yml pointed at a yarn binary that is not in the repo (packageManager is pnpm). Remove .yarnrc.yml and .yarn/. - create-merge-prs / update-hyperlane-deps: Hyperlane template workflows wired to their GitHub App and their branches. Removed. - ci.yml: collapse 5 jobs (5 installs) into one: typecheck -> lint -> test -> build. Triggers: push to main/testnet, all PRs. The security-review job ran on every non-draft PR and failed at "Validate API key is provided" because the repo has no ANTHROPIC_API_KEY secret. Gate every step in the three Claude jobs on the secret being present so the jobs succeed with a notice instead of failing the PR. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

CI has failed on every run in this repo since May. This fixes the causes and shrinks the pipeline to one job.
Root causes fixed

Hyperlane's hosted explorer does not index Lightchain, so the tray's history was always empty and Buy & Bridge transfers were never recorded. New
