This update records the clean final suite result and completed disposition report, while 020_merge_execution.md also records landing and cleanup, so the unit now has a terminal outcome but remains under devlog/_plan/. This makes the repository's open-work inventory incorrectly include finished work; move the entire 260815_open_pr_triage directory to devlog/_fin/ as part of this completion commit.
