- replace opkg list-installed with 'ubus call rpc-sys packagelist'
which reads directly the /usr/lib/${package_manger}/status and
works also with apk
- introduce a dependency on jq to sort correctly the packagelist
- rename lime-report.sh to lime-report, it was already installed
with that name before that the package was converted to use
libremesh.mk
simplify and drop unused variables
