fix(cli): submit /plan arguments as a one-shot prompt - #388

\/plan <text>\ now enables Plan Mode and sends <text> immediately instead of leaving the line in the input. \/raw <mode>\ applies a declared mode directly and reports an unknown mode. Other commands keep their existing behavior. Fixes lessweb#328

CI is showing \�ction_required\ because this is my first contribution to the repo, so the workflow needs a maintainer approval to run. The same commands pass locally: 355 tests (353 pass, 2 skipped), plus typecheck and prettier/eslint on the changed files. |
