profile/README.md (renders at github.com/lentago): - homeassistant-config -> epigaea in both audience paths (renamed in #147) - the fleet report's activity snapshot is 30-day, not 7-day - merge-moves table: the .github row now credits terraform/ (apply-on-merge live per #152/#155), and osmunda joins the table - Flux pulls the merge - suite table: add osmunda (Kubernetes platform) and monarda (campaign-site kit), on the blossom fallback mark until genus marks are drawn - Evaluating the practice: add monarda - client-owned delivery is the pledge made concrete README.md: replace the three phase-1 claims (operator-run applies, "don't expect a merge here to mutate GitHub settings yet") with phase 2 reality - a merge to main IS an apply, live 2026-08-17. CLAUDE.md: the terraform blurb counted "all 15 org repos"; the fleet is 18 today, so make the phrasing count-proof instead. The fleet moved out from under the front door in the week after the profile's v3 rewrite (#135): a repo rename, three births, and Terraform phase 2 going live. This PR catches
profile/README.md,README.md, and oneCLAUDE.mdline up to reality. Docs only — no settings inputs touched (fleet-ops/*.json,brand/,terraform/all unchanged).profile/README.md (the org page at github.com/lentago)
