New release?

Hi, @leeoniya! Hope you are doing well! I was wondering if you are planning on releasing a new version of uPlot soon, since the last release happened more than a year ago and master is 39 commits ahead: 1.6.32...master

thanks, i'll try to make a new release in the next month.

there are some things to finish

• change to the clearCache() API to provide more control over what to evict (paths, data, etc).
• add an option to opt out or opt in to the new start-of-period tick gen strategy for time axes. the new behavior after the DST/timezone rewrite results in a skipped tick/gridline towards the end of a month (in favor of always rendering the first day of the next month)
• opt out of .u-over and .u-under divs for lots-of-sparkline use cases. maybe even .u-wrap and .uplot divs, so all you have as u.root is the canvas element itself.
• finish off make drag selection follow mouse outside .u-over #1127
• try to see if always calling scale.range() is feasible: Dynamically updating the range every 10 seconds #1133
• integrate some visual regression tests

finally there is the hover-proximity / limit work that kinda snowballed into a legend DOM rewrite due to the complexity of keeping the dom in sync when filtering -> sorting -> limiting during live mouse hover: #1121 (comment). i think this will be a significant lift, so will likely be in a future release.
