fix(install-use-family): 缺失 CLI 检查补上 image-use - #26

image-use 没有 install.sh，CLI 是仓库根目录的单文件，提示改为从安装器已 clone 的 checkout 安装。PowerShell 版同步补上。新增端到端回归测试（假 git + 隔离 PATH）及 CI。 Fixes #25

install-use-family.sh：CLIS加入 image-use；缺失时提示sudo install "$BASE/image-use/image-use" /usr/local/bin/image-use（与 image-use README 的 Standalone CLI 方式一致），不再生成不存在的 install.sh URL。install-use-family.ps1：缺失检查加入 image-use，并给出py <checkout>\image-use的运行方式。tests/install-use-family.test.sh：用假 git + 隔离 HOME/PATH 端到端运行安装器，覆盖：缺失时被提示、走单文件指引而非 install.sh、其他 CLI 仍是 install.sh 指引、已在 PATH 时不提示。旧代码下该测试失败，新代码通过。.github/workflows/test.yml：PR/main 上跑上述测试，并解析检查 ps1（本机没有 pwsh，ps1 只靠 CI 验证）。
