Changes to sections/categories are being reset when the TV restarts

I was having the issue described in #143. After upgrading to v2026.09.15, I stumbled upon a different, but probably related issue. It appears when I remove apps from the TV-Apps section/category. If I restart the TV, the section/category is reset, all the removed apps return and I have to manually remove them again.

These are manually ordered sections, doesn't matter if grid or row. I'm running Android TV 12.
