LastCode needs an explicit contribution model for two kinds of work: private fork integrations and improvements that should be offered upstream while remaining available downstream.
This documents the independent branch and PR bases for both streams, refreshes the fork contribution workflow, and adds repository skills for executing each workflow consistently.
