Implemented a data processing and model training workflow for RBPNet. This implementation covers both the original RBPNet preprocessing and model as well as the Yeo lab's recent extension. It also aims to fix some of the bugs in the Yeo lab implementation and offer paths for specific preprocessing improvements (e.g., better handling of mature transcript modeling for cytoplasmic RBPs).
In addition, there is an unrelated addition to the Saluki interpretation workflow called
region-ablationthat aims to assess the overall stabilizing/destabilizing effect of each region (5' UTR, CDS, 3' UTR) and the exon-junction distribution of transcripts.
