Description of Changes

Fix swapped GitHub source links in the Kubeflow release pages.

The Tensorboard Web App rows were pointing to crud-web-apps/volumes, and the Volumes Web App rows were pointing to crud-web-apps/tensorboards. So if you clicked through, you landed on the wrong component page. Kinda confusing, yep.

How to reproduce:

  1. Open a release page like 1.10 or 1.5.
  2. In Component Versions, click Tensorboard Web App.
  3. Before this fix it opens the volumes directory, and Volumes Web App opens tensorboards.
  4. With this fix, each row opens the matching source directory.

Hi @immanuwell. Thanks for your PR.

I'm waiting for a kubeflow member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work. Regular contributors should join the org to skip this step.

Once the patch is verified, the new status will be reflected by the ok-to-test label.

I understand the commands that are listed here.
