docs: update CLI and helm reference for v2.45.0 - #435
Nothing in this PR clears the review bar. The diff to the 11 generated client_reference/kosli*.md pages is regenerated cyber-dojo sample data: snapshot indices, timestamps, fingerprints, commit SHAs, pinned example-link SHAs, dropped monorepo-* flows, and repo_url values that now point at cyber-dojo/web. The one change in response shape is the new archived_at/archived_by fields on environments, and those match the existing kosli archive environment page. The version stamp in client_reference/overview.md is correct.
