What to build

Capture UFCStats' per-round tables as a separate normalized raw observation stream keyed by stable fight_id and round number, while preserving the source values, corner orientation, URLs, and provenance. This ticket proves extraction, not certification.

Acceptance criteria

• The per-round observation output is separate from fight totals and contains stable fight_id, round_number, event/corner identity, source provenance, and the available UFCStats round metrics.
• The fight-level round field remains explicitly the source-reported finish round and is not treated as round_number.
• Early finishes contain only rounds observed on the source page; no missing or post-finish round is fabricated.
• Missing per-round tables and malformed source values remain representable in raw observations for later validation rather than being silently dropped or repaired.
• HTML-adapter fixtures prove that per-round values and red/blue orientation come from the correct source nodes.
