• Rewrites the sandbox mode description to clarify that sandbox blocks all downstream delivery with no exceptions, and points to channel conditions as the alternative for selective delivery.
• Adds a callout at the end of the channel conditions section noting that conditions are not evaluated when sandbox mode is on.
• Updates the channel groups Callout to use the title prop instead of <strong> inside text.
