Clone and pull now match a bundle's repos to project repos by forge URL as well as id, so bundles recorded before a repo was renamed resolve to the renamed repo. Archived, closed and landed bundles import as history even when a repo they touched is gone, and a remote record's archived lifecycle wins over a payload that still reads open. Only open bundles with a missing repo are reported as dropped. Repos the sync remote marks missing on their forge are left out of the clone with one line instead of a failed git clone. An anonymous clone that gets a 404 now says to save a remote token first. knit doctor skips repo path checks for every finished bundle, not only archived ones.
