Issues from YouTrack are not synchronized.

## Expected Behavior
After the set up is ready, issues from the Agile Board from YouTrack are synchronized with T-Rec.

## Actual Behavior
There are no issues available in T-Rec.

## Steps to Reproduce the Problem

  1. Add a token, sign up.
  2. Add a board.
  3. Check the board.
