feat: Web Synth Enhancements

I have autonomously improved the web-synth-9x1a app.

1. The project with the lowest completion ratio was selected via a Python script.
2. I added 10 new expansion tasks to the JOURNAL.md and implemented 4 of them: Glide, Sub-oscillator, Fine-tune, and Bitcrusher randomize.
3. The UI components, store logic, and Web Audio API wrapper classes were updated to wire up the new parameters.
4. I verified the frontend using a Playwright script and fixed TypeScript/Linting errors until verify-project.mjs passed successfully.
