The darkening and blur sat on the dialog content, which scales in from 95%, so the page's text showed unblurred along the edges until the animation ended. They now live on the overlay, which only fades.
A click parks a heading at its scroll-margin-top (112px), below the fixed 96px trigger line, so the previous entry stayed marked. The line now follows the heading's own scroll margin, with toc.scrollOffset as the floor.
The chip row appeared and vanished in one step and pushed the figures and the release list with it. Its height now transitions with the list.
