Trim README to the project essentials

Summary

• Reduce README to the artwork summary, live link, implementation principles, and repository structure.
• Make AGENTS.md and CLAUDE.md self-contained after removing the README decision log and operational detail.
• Remove em dashes from tracked text and regenerate the social card fingerprint metadata.
