previous solution for dealing with both single stain and coloc data was
to simply copy the unmerged tsv -- but this fails since it doesn't add
the required "{stain}+" prefix to the column names.
This makes the coloc tsv optional effectively, so the same script rule runs
regardless of whether coloc is used.
