English-first README and current WPF visuals

• Make the English README the GitHub default and keep the Simplified Chinese README available.
• Add localized overview boards built from actual WPF client-area renders for Full Plus/Pro, Orb Plus/Pro, and Settings.
• Mark quota values as illustrative; native DWM border/corners are not represented by client-area capture.
• Keep product code unchanged and retain all three documented R1 limitations.

• WPF build: 0 warnings / 0 errors.
• Temporary WPF render harness: 0 warnings / 0 errors; exact state geometry assertions passed.
• English Settings passed the real Chinese-to-English control path and shows Saved with no unintended Chinese residue.
• Chinese Settings has no unintended English residue.
• Both PNGs were inspected at original resolution and at approximately 900px README width.
• git diff --check and the secret-like privacy scan passed.
