Summary

  • add a minimal Windows GitHub Actions workflow for WPF R1
  • restore and build the product in Release configuration
  • build and run the existing deterministic WPF test runner
  • add matching CI status badges to the Chinese and English READMEs

Security and scope

  • workflow permissions are limited to contents: read
  • official Actions are pinned to immutable commit SHAs
  • no secrets, deployment, packaging, artifact upload, real authentication, UI automation, or release operations
  • wpf/** and native/** product source is unchanged

Local verification

  • Release product build: PASS, 0 warnings, 0 errors
  • deterministic test runner build: PASS, 0 warnings, 0 errors
  • deterministic tests: PASS, 31 fixtures / 58 checks
  • privacy and exact-file review: PASS

The GitHub-hosted Windows run is the independent CI validation for this change.
