Summary

  • redesign the menu-bar app and Settings experience for right-hand, one-thumb operation
  • add adaptive pointer filtering, click anchoring, true click-drag events, and right-edge scroll intent locking
  • add trackpad-style scroll phases and momentum, personal calibration, persistent ergonomic settings, and multi-display handling
  • improve remote wake/reconnection behavior and gate Air Pointer on actual motion samples
  • document the controls, compatibility constraints, and current development-build installation

Verification

  • swift test --parallel: 67 tests passed
  • Scripts/package-app.sh release: production build passed
  • packaged and installed app signatures verified with codesign --verify --deep --strict
  • working tree clean

Manual acceptance

The implementation is installed and running locally. Physical feel tuning on the Siri Remote is intentionally deferred because the user is unavailable; conservative defaults and calibration remain available. Air Pointer depends on whether macOS exposes real motion samples for the connected remote.
