i18n: add Bangla (bn) localization

@marcprux I’ve finished the Bangla translation.

While working on it, I noticed some strings that were in the English version were missing on the Bangla one. I've copied the English yaml and completed the translation over that. so is that ok?

Take a look at the errors in the PR checks. The raw HTML tags need to be replaced with markdown equivalents (e.g., _italic_ instead of <i>italic</i>). This is a new change to the system, so you may have gotten an older version of the translation template.

Yea i translated from my old repo most likely, i ran it locally it worked so didn't checked that much. tho i guess ill fix it by tomorrow
